Legal Disclaimer

Comanche County Inmate Population provides general reference information about inmate, jail, facility, and court-record resources in Comanche County, Oklahoma. It is privately operated and is not affiliated with any government office, sheriff, jail, court, police department, or corrections agency.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on this site, and information returned by any linked third-party tool, may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Accuracy and Timing

Jail rosters, court dockets, bond entries, facility rules, addresses, phone numbers, and public-record access procedures may change without notice. Online roster updates can also lag behind booking, release, transfer, or court action. Call the appropriate official office before visiting a facility, posting bond, sending money, mailing items, or relying on a custody entry.

No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. A website cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney who can review the facts, charges, court filings, warrants, holds, or expungement issues in a specific case.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some pages may display search boxes or links operated by outside providers. This site does not control their results, pricing, subscriptions, accuracy, availability, or handling of submitted search information.

Links to Other Resources

Links may point to jail rosters, sheriff pages, Oklahoma corrections resources, court portals, federal locators, ICE resources, and other record-related sites. Those resources are separate from this site, and their content, availability, data practices, and accuracy remain their own responsibility.

No Hosted Records

This site does not host jail rosters, inmate records, booking photographs, warrant databases, police reports, or court files. It points to public offices and locator systems that may hold those records. To confirm custody or obtain an official record, contact the sheriff's office, detention center, court clerk, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, federal agency, or other issuing custodian.

For Oklahoma law-enforcement records, the Oklahoma Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. Sections 24A.5 and 24A.8, provides the general public-record framework. That framework still allows limits for sealed, confidential, investigative, juvenile, safety-sensitive, or otherwise protected information.
